Issues with cue points
Hi Section conception-ingenierie SNPS,
Welcome to the E-Learning Heroes community! I understand you're experiencing a lag with your videos and slides when the timeline is resuming.
I'd like to ask you a few clarifying questions to help troubleshoot.
- Are you working from your local hard drive when creating and saving content? Working from a network drive can cause erratic behavior.
- Is the lag occurring at random or does there seem to be a pattern of when this is happening? Have you tried importing your slides into a new Storyline file?
I want to confirm that this is happening in preview mode, when published to Review 360, and when published to LMS. I'd like to test your file to see what's going on! You can upload it here or privately in a support case. We'll delete it from our systems once troubleshooting is complete.

Thank you for your reply and assistance :
- Yes, I'm working form a local hard drive. But I don't think that would change something because even when the project is published, the lag occurs.
- It seems occuring at random, but I'm pretty shure it's learner's bandwtih and/or computer powerfullness dependant. It's also occuring more frequently if the pause between video timeline stop and timeline resuming is longer.
- Unfortunately, importing slide into a new Storyline file doesn't change anything.
- And I confirm It is happening in preview mode, and when published to review 360 or LMS.
Thank you for your testing propisition. I would be happy to use the private support case upload, but I'll need an undertaking of confidentiality because the tutorial is about a french police web application.
