Issues with cue points

Thanks for reaching out!  If I understand correctly, when you play the video, the timeline pauses for the slide you are currently viewing.

I have a few questions to clarify your setup:

• Do you notice any changes to the timing of interactions on your slide due to the pausing?
• Have you tried importing your slides into a new Storyline file?

It would be very helpful to take a closer look at your file. Feel free to share your .story file in this thread or privately in a support case.
