Issues with image upload

Yep, just encountered this issue - no uploads from the free content or my own images.  I have updated Articulate 360, cleared browsing caches, even started drafting a brand new course, and nothing works.  I see another user posting about the same issue.

I'm getting the same so jumped onto live chat with Articulate support, there is an issue with Rise that the engineering team are looking at.
