Thanks for sharing what you’re seeing with JAWS. I understand how concerning it is when some tab content isn’t being read, especially when accessibility is a priority.

In Rise 360, tabbed interactions follow a specific keyboard navigation pattern designed to support screen readers like JAWS. Typically, the expected flow is:

  • Use Tab or Shift+Tab to move focus to the tabs
  • Use the Left and Right Arrow keys to move between tabs
  • Use Tab to focus on the content in the selected tab
  • Use Shift+Tab to move back to the tabs

 

If you’re using Enter to select a tab, it may affect how JAWS continues reading the content. It might be worth trying the flow above and seeing if that changes the behavior.
