JAWs Reader is not reading ALT Text

I am testing the accessibility features on a storyline file using JAWs 14.0 demo version. I am using IE 10 to open the published HTML file. The JAWs reader is not reading my ALT text for my images. ...

Hi Lauren! The issue is that it's not reading the actual alt-text - ALL it's saying is "graphic." I have alt-text in the correct place, but it's not being read. I did submit a case with some example slides, so hopefully that will help clear things up. Thanks so much!
