Joining an Articulate Storyline group in Mpls-St Paul
Hi all: I wanted to make a last call to anyone in the Twin Cities who may want to join us in an Articulate Group. We'll be meeting soon and we wanted to make sure we don't miss anyone. Let me know if you want to join us
Thanx

Hi all,
Looks like the original post was from a year ago but I wonder if anyone is interested in creating a new group and/or meeting and being the facilitator? I have expressed interest as well but haven't heard of any updates thus far.

Hi All,
This goes out to all those expressing interested in forming an Articulate Storyline group in the Mpls-St. Paul area.
I use Storyline2 as my primary authoring tool where I work. In Dec I will complete my Master's degree in Training & Performance Improvement. Afterward I would be happy to facilitate or co-facilitate a Storyline group. In the interim, below is an additional option for those located in the Twin Cities Metro area.
The Minnesota chapter of ISPI (International Society for Performance Improvement) has a SIG (Special Interest Group) that meets monthly and uses Storyline 2.
eLearning SIG
Beginning to advanced members meet together to enhance their skills in instructional design and eLearning development in Articulate Storyline by creating online instruction for pro-bono clients.Meets 6:30 - 8:00 PM on the first Thursday of each month, September-May, at:
Brookdale Library
6125 Shingle Creek Parkway

For more information contact Anne Groetsch, argroetsch@charter.netI'm glad there is interest in this group,

Thank you Rob for the resources!
And everyone else for the interest. I'm excited to join as well.
Maybe we could meet at the next SIG meeting to decide how to move forward?

We're still working on getting the group going.
Our biggest issue right now is finding a place to meet. We have probably over 100 people interested in this now.
Hard to find a room that big for free.

Public Libraries have rooms that you can get, I believe, for free. Just a thought. Some are bigger than others.
Might not be able to get on an ongoing basis, however. (Like every first Monday or something. Can try other community oriented places, as well,
such as community centers, or places of worship, Unitarians, Synagogues, churches. Some might be open to allowing us to meet without a fee.
Community Centers probably want a fee, but some might not. Flash mob Surley brewing.Pamela Freeman
