Keeping layers visible?
Hi there! I'm new to Storyline and being launched into it headfirst for some serious projects. I feel like I'm picking things up pretty quickly, but I'm facing an issue I don't know how to conquer....

What you're experiencing is slide layers hiding one another. To have them all stay visible, go to the layer properties for each layer (the little gear icon) and uncheck Hide other Slide layers. Do this for each layer, and they'll all stay put!

Hi, I've already done this and the layers keep disappearing when passing from one to the other. I'd appreciate any help possible.

It would be easier for the community to help out if we could examine your project file to see how your layers are currently set up. Would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or privately by opening a support case so we can check? We'll delete it when we're done testing!
