I know this is an Articulate forum, but does the solution have to be built in Storyline? It seems like this project would be much better served by using web tools. A searchable gallery would be trivial to build in WordPress, for example. Even something like a Glide app seems like it would be worth exploring.
Before you selected Storyline as the tool to create this, did you consider any other options? It might be worth backing up in the process to think about the best tool for the job. Any responsive web-based tool for managing media seems like it would be more viable than Storyline's slide-based model.
Thanks Christy, you're right, I had Storyline on the brain. That's a good thing to think about. The reason I wanted to use SL was two things 1) it's what I'm using all day already anyway, and 2) I can easily publish to web then store the whole enchilada on AWS and simply give the user a link.
But your reminder is a good one, and I should think about that. Thank you for that.
