Labeled Graphic as a Graded Quiz?

I think I know the answer to this based on my searches, however, I thought I would post for confirmation.  Is there a way to make a labeled graphic into a graded quiz in Rise? I am creating a course ...

Thanks for reaching out! 

While Labeled Graphic blocks in Rise 360 are designed to provide interactive learning experiences, I want to confirm that they aren't directly convertible into graded quizzes. 

I do want to mention that when embedding a Storyline block in a Rise 360 course, you can't capture a learner's response, but you can track course completion in Reach 360.
