Labelled Graphic arrows
Hi all
Is there a way I can remove the arrows on the info pop-ups on a labelled graphic? As I only have one icon on this image, the arrows aren't required.

Hi there Michael,
The left/right arrows will appear even if there is only one marker, but I can see how having the option to turn those off would be handy! I like that idea--I'll pass it along to my team for you!

That would be great!
I understand the purpose of it, however in the case of only one marker then it has no purpose.
I wonder if there is some Javascript workaround if it is getting published for an LMS? Any ideas on where to start?
Hmm, it may be possible, Michael! Although I'll have to defer that to the community--my Javascript skills are nothing to write home about. ☺️
If anyone has ideas on how to work around this with Javascript, take it away!

You can definitely do it by tweaking the exported CSS (main.bundle.css) file. It is the entry for
.bubble__controls
that you would need to find and edit to something like:.bubble__controls {
visibility: hidden;
}This will remove the arrows in the Labelled Graphic. Note: If this same class is used in any of the other blocks/lessons then it would remove the navigation arrows from them too. I don't know if it is used elsewhere or not.

Thanks for the work around Stuart, it was a big help.
Do you know if it is possible to replace the arrows with a cross that will close the bubble when selected?

I would like the option to turn this off, as well. I have the problem that they don't work properly, jumping from first to last and then back to second. I can't see why and would just like to get rid of them. An X to close the card would be fantastic

Hi Jenn,
It's easy to fix your problem where using the arrows jumps from first to last and then back to second.
Access the block and enter Edit mode. On the left you will see the list of markers. The position of the markers in the list determines the jump order when the arrows are used.
So to fix your problem, just change the order of the markers by dragging them up or down in the list.

Hi, I am with Jenn on this as if markers are used in a process flow diagram there may be more than one way to navigate through the process steps so it would be better if there was a X to close the marker

A simple fix would be to change the order of default from 1st to last and then progressively back to first, to making the default the order in which the markers are created. It would take some discipline on the author's part, but would save a lot of time!

I would also (3 years on) like to know if we can remove the forward/backwards <> arrows from the labelled graphic. Any progress here? I only want to remove for one image in my course, rather than for all.
Hi Hazel!
Thanks for the feedback on the type of functionality you'd like to see in Rise 360!
I don't have any updates to share at this time as our development team has been prioritizing other features. Not to worry! I've included you in the feature report and will update this discussion as soon as we have news to share.
