Lag in SL
Hi there, I uploaded the SL file (which is a quiz) to the LMS. However, there is a massive lag between the questions... however I do not experience this when I am testing the file. Could you please assist?

Sorry to hear you're facing playback issues with a Storyline course uploaded to your LMS!
Since the course is working as expected during local testing, it's possible the behavior is LMS-specific. First, I suggest testing the published output in an LMS test environment like SCORM Cloud. If the course works as expected there, please connect with your LMS administrator to check if something else could be getting in the way within the LMS platform.
However, if you experience lag within SCORM Cloud as well, please share a copy of your .story file so we can investigate further. You can upload your project file here in the discussion or privately through a support case.
Also, if your Quiz is sending a heavy amount of interactions or suspend data between Slides, the LMS may be taking extra time to store it. If you haven't already, I suggest publishing to SCORM 2004 3rd or 4th edition as those standards have higher suspend data limits.
Hi there, thank you for the reply... I've attached the storyline file (the lag still happens in the sandbox environment). I will also apply the fix and see if it works.
