Layer properties not working
I'm using a freeform activity and the layers in that activity are not allowing access to their properties panel. I'm not sure if this is related to an updated, or a bug, or both, but it always worke...
I found the following workaround that worked for me, at:

- Disable my second display
- Close Storyline Project
- Open Storyline Project
- Open up layer properties (It worked!)
- Enable my second screen again
Thanks Matt! I've ran into this issue a few times, and it can be very frustrating... what you listed works. It's obviously a pain though, so hopefully they can get finally get this fixed since based on this and the other thread you referenced this dates back 3 years!
