Layer Skip
I have one of my slides that has 4 layers. When the user is on the "Base" Layer and click the trigger, the system is skipping Layer #2 instead of going to Layer #1. Thoughts of why this may be happening? My triggers are correct.
Check your trigger, make sure it is directing the learner to go to Layer #1 not just goto Layer.
Also is there something in Layer #1 telling it to close and go to layer #2 without any input from the learner.
Thanks for the fast response Eric. I just noticed that I had a small mistake. The trigger skipped one layer because it said: "When the timeline starts" instead of "when user clicks...."
