Layers and JAWS

I have created three layers and when I view a layer, JAWS is reading content from the base layer while the layer is displayed even though the base layer is hidden on each layer.

On your Layer properties, you may want to make sure you have selected "Prevent User from clicking on the other layers". (remember to add a "hide Layer" button on these layers as well.
