Learner emails from custom domain
Hi all,
Just in the process of configuring Reach, and I want to check:
If we used a custom domain (eg "learning.company.com")
When learners are invited - will they get the invite email from:
"Reach 360 Notifications <notifications-no-reply@articulate.com"
OR
something else? (- if so what will it be?)
Can this be configured?
Is this sender addressed used for joining notifications as well as course notifications?

There isn't a way to change the name of the email client that sends automated notifications to Reach 360 users. Our system manages this, and it is the same for all users. Can I ask if you are experiencing any issues with notifications not reaching their intended recipients?

Thanks for the reply. We are doing our documentation of the onboarding process, and this wasn't so clear.
Could I suggest that this is mentioned on the custom domain documentation page?
