Length of time to download in Rise
Hello,
I am working on downloading podcast videos (MP4) into micolearning shells. Only one video per shell and the time to upload seems to be extremely long. The videos range in length from 30-60...

I am using Google Chrome, I didn't tried with another one. But I tried with other MP4 files, and it is the same problem, even with audio files. I will reach the support case :)

If anyone is experiencing a similar issue, you may want to start by clearing your browser cache. You can also make a copy of your Rise course, and try publishing that copy. If that works better, simply delete the first version of the course. If that doesn't do the trick, please share your file with our team!
