Lesson Stuck in Processing
A lesson in my Rise course is stuck "processing." it's been that way for more than a day. The only option is to click "cancel," which deletes the lesson. I can view the lesson and content from the preview but cannot edit the content. Any advice is appreciated.

Hi there, Sarah! I'm sorry you hit a roadblock. If you're still stuck, try these steps:
- Use a different supported browser (Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Edge - latest versions)
- Use a private browsing window, like Incognito mode in Chrome
- Clear your browser cache, and restart your machine
