Letting an Employee Go Gracefully Rise Course Template
I am not sure of the proper forum for this, but I was reviewing the Rise template for "Letting an Employee Go Gracefully" and in the "Mitigating Legal Risks When Letting an Employee Go" lesson, the provided video starts, stops, and starts again. The player itself continues without interruption, so my assumption is the issue lies within the video attached.

I did not experience any issues while watching this video.
Thanks for checking Karl. It must be a localized issue then. I have replayed the video several times and continue to experience this error, but only on this singular video.

- What browser are you using to view the video? I tested it in Chrome Version 124.0.6367.91, and I'm not experiencing any issues. Here's a list of our supported browsers.
- Does viewing the course in incognito mode make a difference? You can also check that the network endpoints in this article are enabled.
