Lightbox creates the issue when the browser is closed or exits course.

Hi All,

We are using the Storyline default player button for Help. We have used the lightbox feature for the Help popup. When we click on the help button, it opens the lightbox popup. After this step, we close the browser window by keeping the lightbox open and relaunch the course on LMS (SCORM Cloud). We observed that navigation is getting blocked and slide not loads properly. It will work only when we replay the screen.

This issue is where navigation is blocked and screen content is missing after closing and relaunching a Storyline course with a lightbox help popup.
