Thank you, Katie. I don't need it to go to the LMS, as this survey is just for a self-evaluation for the learner. However I would like it to tally on the results slide for them. Any ideas? I am still working on this....

Great question! Another way to approach this is to use variables. While this is an older thread, there is an example file and description from a fellow community member on how to accomplish this here.
