Limiting the number of times a user can try a quiz in Articulate 360 using the quiz result templates

I would like to know how to use the quiz result templates with the option to limit the number of times someone can try a quiz. I have referred to an Article "Here's how you can limit quiz retries ...

I have the same question. How can limit the number of times the quiz is attempted using the "Velocity" Results template (see attached)?
