Line divider color in custom theme

Just a random thought, is it possible to do an image in this divider?
I have a customer that has a logo that is three colours (small solid colour bars) that I would love to use rather than a solid colour bar, I have tried insetting as an image but it seems too big.

You can use an image but there are some issues to be aware of.
A Divider block runs the entire width, so I used an Image full width block, but it scales up the narrow image I was using, making it higher and it looked horrible.
I switched to Image Centered and while that retained the size of the image, but it did not run the entire width, so not perfect.
