Link to Rise 360 takes us to a blank page
Hello. Last Friday (2nd Feb) all Articulate 360 license holders at our company were suddenly unable to access the https://360.articulate.com/rise URL.
We can reach the Articulate 360 Dashboard (https://360.articulate.com/) and can navigate to the Review 360 (https://360.articulate.com/review) and Articulate 360 Training (https://training.articulate.com/videos) landing pages from there.
But there are major issues:
- When we click on the Rise 360 tab, we are taken to a blank screen. The page contents for https://360.articulate.com/rise don't load.
- When we click on a course under Review 360, it doesn't load.
- When we attempt to view a video under Articulate 360 Training, it doesn't play.
The IT team at my company have investigated the issue thoroughly over the past 7 days and have concluded the source of the issue is on the Articulate side.
Can you provide us with urgent assistance to resolve these issues please?

We are experiencing the same issue, with Rise not loading just a blank space. Any updates?

I am experiencing the same issue where I can see my Review link courses but I can't get into RISE....it is just a blank page.
