Similarly, I had two students working on free two month courses and shared their course with me. When I bought Articulate, their free course kicked them out. I now have access to their course but only to edit. In the top right hand corner, I want the buttons to come up, Settings, share, review export, as I need a link for a student viewer. Help!

Hi Marilyn,
A Rise course can have only one owner.
You say "were". Does that mean that the course owner is no longer with your organization?
I recommend you visit the forum and remove the names and your personal contact information.

Sadly, when I bought the membership for my clerkship, the students working with me were instantly stopped on their projects and have not been able to work with me. I am continuing to work on their projects and I need to be made the modulator on them? The project students were:Alanah Grisham

Ally Peebles
Julie SlybyThank you for clearing this matter up for me, and I look forward to working with Articulate for years to come.
