Litmos - Launch Course Issue

We have developed Articulate Storyline 360 modules – version 3.77.30587.0

These are SCORM 1.2 files.

These were published so that it would launch the module in a new window (create launch page).

The course launches in a new window automatically and then when you click on the X at upper right corner to close it or you exit the course you see a page with the Launch Course button.

If you try to click on the Launch Page to open the course again, it tries to launch the course again – it opens the new window, but then displays:

And we are able to get an error log.  Has anyone else run into this and been able to work around it?  We also have this question into Litmos as well.

    I just tested on SCORM Cloud and it seems to act the same way so perhaps it has nothing to do with Litmos.  That Launch Course button seems to be an SL thing. 

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I'm sorry to hear that you're running into this issue, but testing your course in SCORM Cloud was a great place to start! Since the issue persists in both SCORM Cloud and Litmos, I'd like to take a look at your file to investigate what's going on. You can upload it here or share it privately in a support case. We'll delete it from our systems once troubleshooting is complete!
