Litmos problem with replacing Storyline Tin Can xAPI content

Anyone using Litmos to host Storyline content published for Tin Can xAPI? I am running into several issues but currently the most pressing one is that when I try to update existing content I get "Manifest File Error: This manifest has been used before." This error doesn't occur with replacing SCORM modules. Also, I didn't encounter the problem when updating modules in SCORM Cloud. 

Litmos support has significantly degraded since they migrated their support to SAP (!!) so I'm grasping for help anywhere I can get it.

    Yes, I 1,000% agree.  Has Litmos provided anything helpful to overcome this error message?

    Ditto - Getting incredibly frustrated trying to learn how to use XAPI but I can't use it in my own LMS
