LMS rejects flash-based content
I have the following issue: in our company we use Articulate storyline 360 in addition to other programmes to create e-learnings, which are then uploaded to an LMS platform and made available to the employees. This platform requires Scorm 1.2 and strictly rejects flash-based content for security reasons. When we try to upload the Scorm file, we always get the error message "Imported zip is a flash-based SCORM which is no longer supported". Is there anything that can be set to avoid flash? What can we do? Thank you for your help!

That is odd since Storyline does not use Flash.

We use the newest version.
Hello KerstinLuther,
RonPrice and PhilMayor are correct. Storyline 360 courses haven't allowed Flash components in quite some time. If you are supplementing Storyline 360 with other third-party applications, some of them might be adding Flash-based elements into the course, triggering the LMS prompt. Please feel free to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can confirm the presence of Flash components in your course.

Thank you for your offer, but unfortunately the content is confidential. Now a new problem has arisen: When I create the Scorm file, unzip it and look at it, everything is fine. When the LMS team then uploads the Scorm file, the e-learning is suddenly displayed in a different font. Has anyone ever experienced this? It drives me crazy!
Hi KerstinLuther,
Have you tested the course in SCORM Cloud? If it works properly there, it may be an issue that's LMS-specific. If you share what font you're using in your file, others may be able to chime in too!
