LMS Reporting with Branching
I creating a branching scenario in Storyline that works as a real-time decision-making tool. This means our agents are expected to open the tool and answer troubleshooting questions while talking to a customer to get to the correct resolution. Is there a way to track that the agents clicked at least some steps in the tool and how many times they used it? Example: Agent A went into the tool 6 times on Monday, 12 times on Tuesday.

This article shows the data that is sent to your LMS from Storyline. I recommend reaching out to the Learning Management System for additional reports and information you need, to see if it's something they can help you with (such as how many times the user has opened the course).
