LMS Tracking - Learner progress is not kept when embedding multiple storyline files into Rise

I recently created a learning module where I wanted to include 3 embedded storyline files into Rise. All went well, and it looked amazing - but upon launching the training material, learners (and I) were frustrated to find that if they did not complete the training in one sitting, the course reset (not selected to reset in settings) upon their return. I realize that you can set the course to "Track using Storyline block" when publishing to LMS - but you can only choose one block.

Being able to combine these products is a great feature... but not at the expense of frustrating learners. Is there an update pending - or an alternative in the meantime? I have temporarily solved the issue by opting to instead publish and upload storyline files on their own to LMS - but still...
