lmsmanifest not always being recognised

Hi,

Myself and the team I'm a part of have been tasked with creating a large number of Rise courses for a customer. All of these courses use exactly the same format and publishing settings.

We've been notified that a number of (but not all) courses are being rejected by SuccessFactors with the message "lmsmanifest cannot be found", though having already had a look through our SCORM files they all have the manifest file present and in the root folder, and the error is popping up in what appears to be a random manner.

I've also tested every single module in ScormCloud and they all work as intended without exception, however I also set up a temporary moodle site and this also throws up these same errors, in the same courses.

If anyone has had a similar experience in the past and could point me in the right direction to investigate further it would be a massive help.
