Hi Renuka and welcome to E-Learning Heroes! I'm sorry that’s happening! As Stefan mentioned, we recommend testing your course in SCORM Cloud to see how it behaves there. Here’s how to troubleshoot your LMS with SCORM cloud. This will tell us if the problem is mostly related to the Storyline or LMS output.
