Localization Error: "Translations Not Synced"

Hi E-Learning Heroes! 

Wondering if someone has ever come across this issue. Our organization is new to using Localization and I tried to search for this particular error in the available training guides and materials with no luck. 

Any help or insight would be appreciated!

    Sorry to hear that your localized Rise 360 course is not syncing updates!

    It's possible that an element from the source content is getting in the way. It would be easier to troubleshoot if we could see a copy of the affected Rise course. I've opened a support case and sent you an email with steps on how you can share that with me privately.
