We're not tracking any issues with Rise 360 right now so there's a chance that the sign-in issues you're experiencing are isolated. You can try the following troubleshooting steps to fix the issue:
- Clear your browser's cache
- Use a different browser to access Rise 360
- Make sure that you have all pending software updates installed
If the issue persists, please open a case with our support team here so we can take a closer look at what's happening.
