Hi there! Is anyone else having issues after logging in, your account dashboard page never loads?

We're not tracking any issues with Rise 360 right now so there's a chance that the sign-in issues you're experiencing are isolated. You can try the following troubleshooting steps to fix the issue:
- Clear your browser's cache
- Use a different browser to access Rise 360
- Make sure that you have all pending software updates installed
