Login Feedback Loop

I am stuck in a non-functional feedback loop when I try to sign in to review a course.  I enter in my credentials to sign in and Articulate recognizes me for a split second.  My initials appear in the circle in the upper right-hand corner while the course is loading and then I get booted back to the sign in prompt once the course is fully loaded.  I have tried different browsers and different courses.  I have reset my password.  Any suggestions????
