Login issue: {"name":"AxiosError"}
Hi Everyone, I am getting this error {"name":"AxiosError"} since this morning when I try to log in. The desktop app logged me out and just did the usual "please sign in" thing (it happens), but...
I have the same issues. Issue 1:{"name":"AxiosError"} and issue 2: Login Redirect ID-Okta. I have tried to do everything I could do: clearing my cache, using 5 different browsers, and installing and uninstalling the Articulate desktop app. I also deleted the ApiCache and Logs folders found in C:\Users\[my name]\AppData\Local\Articulate\360. Unfortunately, nothing has worked for me so far. Interestingly, this login issue only occurs on one specific laptop; I tested another laptop and did not encounter any login problems. I hope this issue is resolved soon.
