Logo in Storyline player not sizing correctly

I'm suddenly having trouble with my company logo not showing up as expected in the Storyline player. I'm using the same file I always have, but as of this week the logo is appearing much larger than usual, so most of it is cut off. 

The same thing happens even if I use a logo file that's sized down to 170 pixels wide. 

It persists when I open old files or when I start new projects. It appears this way in preview, Review, and when published.

My coworkers are experiencing the same thing, so it's not just me. I've followed all the troubleshooting steps from Articulate support, including reinstalling Storyline, but it's still happening.

Has anyone else noticed this issue?
