Logo Panel Size
Hi there,
I appreciate this topic is about maximum sizes, but what about minimum sizes, too?
I'm finding that if the height is anything less than 100px, Storyline 2 is resizing the logo and trashing the quality. This is with the width set to 200px wide.
Can anyone shed any light? Ideally I want a logo that is 30px high - Storyline seems to support this size, but trashes the image quality.
EDIT: This is bizarre. I've changed the canvas size of my image to 200px wide x 30 height, and set the background colour to red. Using SnagIT, the image shown is 200px x 30px, so it should be 1 for 1 mapping, but the quality has been trashed when it appears in Storyline. If I repeat this test but set the height to 100px, all appears absolutely fine. Almost as though it's resampling the image for the sake of it?
EDIT2: Is my image being converted into a SWF by Storyline 2?
If I export the player, I notice two things:
<option name="logo_enabled" value="true">
<options>
<option name="logo_url" value="story_content\5yAGMRPdRgt_DX248_DY455.swf">
<options />
<properties>
<property name="width" value="100" />
<property name="height" value="30" />
</properties>
</option>
</options>
<properties />
</option>
Secondly:
<logo assetguid="10e6ccbe-a5a3-4883-be17-43068ad1fc5b" AssetName="K:\mylogo.png">
<asset>(long string)</asset>
</logo>
