Logo Panel Size
What is the defined width for logo panel size in Storyline currently?

Hi Will,
The Storyline player optimal size is based on the slide size you've set and the additional padding for player elements, so it's not restricted to one set size.
If you have some examples of logo issues that you'd like us to take a look at, we're more than happy too! Feel free to share it with our Support Engineers, and I'll follow along in your case.

Thanks Ashley. I’ve submitted a case.
Thanks Will - also just an FYI that it looks like you may have two ELH accounts. Something to keep in mind! Sadly we can't merge accounts, and with a number of replies in each we wouldn't want to delete them either.
I do see that Jonathan is taking a look at your case and I'll follow along too.

One thing you could do is swap the logo out with a higher quality one using Javascript. Here is an example:

I would like to use our logo in the modern player menu, however, the space allotted for the logo takes up quite a bit of vertical space. Is there a way to reduce the vertical spacing to provide the learner better viewing of the menu? It appears to be a fixed height currently.

Hi, Karen.
Thank you for reaching out!
When you add a logo to the Modern Player, Storyline will scale the logo to fit the available space (height of 170 pixels).
You can use the Classic player if your design allows, as a smaller logo should maintain its size. Take a look at the link below for additional information:
