I'd be happy to provide a few sample SCORM output files! I've included outputs from Storyline 360 and Rise, both with SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004.

how did you make them look like that full screen and have the text selectable? for me when i build something in storyline 360 it publishes them as a image/slide and i cannot select the text...

The files shared by Alyssa are already a few years old and in current versions of Storyline 360, it is not possible to be able to copy text from a published course made with Storyline. Here's a recommendation from another community member that you may find useful.
