Looking for tips on how screen readers read Storyline output

I'm looking for tips on Storyline output and screen readers. Is there a way to edit the objects so that the screen reader does not read "radio button" "group" after each object?

I'm excited to let you know that we just released Update 36 for Storyline 360! Here are all the details.
A new enhancement that has been added is learners can now use a broader range of screen readers on more web browsers and devices, including VoiceOver.
Just launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer and click the Update button for each application. Details here.
