Losing SL 360 Captions in Rise
Hello!
I incorporated a SL 360 course with audio and captioning into Rise, but I am losing some of the captioning when viewing it in Rise. The captions all display in preview mode, but not in review mode or in our LMS. Can you please help?
Hello Damaris! I'm sorry to hear that the captions in your Storyline course are not showing when published to Review 360 or your LMS.
Would you be able to share your Storyline project file with us for investigation? You may upload it directly by opening a case here. We'll be more than happy to take a closer look and see what the possible cause is.
