Lost Comments in Review
A client of mine recently held 2 review meetings, one on Aug. 16, the other on Aug. 20. Two modules were reviewed at each meeting.

Hi Kate and Lauren,
I think one thing that might cause problems is when more than one person is adding comments at the same time.
I've noticed I will lose part of what I'm typing if a colleague posts a comment.
