Lost Comments in Review
A client of mine recently held 2 review meetings, one on Aug. 16, the other on Aug. 20. Two modules were reviewed at each meeting.

That's an interesting clue! I've just tested it out on my end but I'm not seeing the comments missing. However, they are marked in the Scene Not Found in Feedback. Do you see comments located there?
