Lost Comments in Review
A client of mine recently held 2 review meetings, one on Aug. 16, the other on Aug. 20. Two modules were reviewed at each meeting.

We had the same issue occur today. Our SMEs were adding their comments, and for the last hour of their meeting their comments were not saved. On the call they verified they posted the comment but when we went to review they were gone!
