Lost licence and need to edit Rise 360 module
I need to be able to edit an articulate rise 360 module that was shared with me as a manager but the owner has since lost their licence. Although I still have the link to view the module I can't edit...

You'll need to request a copy of the Rise 360 course to be shared with you if you want to edit the course. You can also be added as a collaborator on the course, but I understand that the course owner doesn't have access to Articulate 360 anymore. The fastest way to gain access to the course is to add the course owner to a seat so they can access Articulate 360 and send you a copy. If certain challenges prevent this user from being added to a seat, please have them open a case with our support team here so we can discuss other options on how they can send the course with them.
