Major Storyline Audio Playback Issues

Hello everyone,
Happy to share that we've just released a new update for Articulate Localization!
In our latest update (June 9, 2026), we've included a fix for:
- After publishing a multi-language project to an LMS, text-to-speech audio in the source language was out of sync.
You'll need to be working with the latest version of Storyline 360 (Update 119) to take advantage of this fix. Launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer, and click the Update button next to Storyline 360. You’ll find our step-by-step instructions here.

Thank you all for taking the time to test again after updating to Storyline 360 Build 3.116 and for continuing to share your findings here.
The additional details you’ve shared around revisiting slides, inconsistent playback between users, LMS differences, console errors, caching behavior, and Review 360 symptoms are all really helpful as our team continues looking into the issue and gathering more information.
JonasGretzer, thank you as well for continuing to share updates through your support case. I also checked and saw that Georvy sent a response by email on May 4. If you haven’t seen it yet, it may be worth checking your spam or junk folder. If it’s not there either, please let me know and I’d be happy to help further.
painthrsfan1, at the moment we don’t have a specific recommended browser or browser setting to share for this behavior, since the issue appears to affect users inconsistently across environments. Could you also share which browser and browser version your reviewers are using when they encounter these issues? Additionally, does testing in a different updated browser change the behavior at all?
We’re continuing to actively track reports like these, and we’ll share updates here as soon as we know more.
