Make object appear after correct answer supplied

There are a several options to do this, depending on how exactly your questions and navigation are set up. See attached one simple example that shows a green checkmark next to the correct answer choice. The checkmark's state start out as Hidden and is then set to Normal with a trigger on the Correct feedback layer. Maybe this gives you some ideas.
