Marker animation (pulse/swirl) colour
Hi all
Just wondering, after placing a marker down (e.g. info icon or a question mark) and selecting Swirl, is there a way to change this colour?
I found a thread from years ago that said no (https://community.articulate.com/discussions/articulate-quizmaker/change-hot-spot-pulse-color) however has anyone been able to find a way in Storyline 360? I had a look through Player Settings / Colours & Effects / Show Advanced Colour Editing but alas, no luck, only able to change the marker colour but not the swirl :(

The slide page is white and the swirl color is white and the pulse color is shade of gray (shadow). Too bad the color of the swirl and pulse are not the same effect contrasting color.

You can change the type of animation (pulse, swirl or none), but you won't be able to change the color of the pulse or swirl. That would make an excellent feature request!
In the meantime, check out the workarounds mentioned in this thread.
Hi Alyssa has this request been honored in the new releases of Articulate Storyline 360?
I find the swirl much more effective than the pulse. The only challenge is: if it is a white background you can't see it. You need to have a darker background for good contrast.
