Marker options not showing

Hi Christy,

Do you know what version of Storyline you're using? You can check by going to the "Help" Tab -> "About Articulate Storyline". I'd want to confirm you're using the latest updates of either Storyline 3, build 3.5.16548.0 or Storyline 360, build 3.23.17480.0.

If you're not, updating would be my first recommendation. 

If you are on the latest update, I'd look at repairing Storyline first, and confirming you're working on local project files. 

Hello, I am seeing the similar issues on storyline 360. Since Christy responded two years ago, are there any recent updates to storyline 360? If so, could you provide the link. The repairing link provided is for storyline 3.  THanks, DW

Thanks for reaching out to share that you're experiencing an issue with your marker icons as well.

It looks like a couple of different issues have been shared here. Is what you are seeing closer to what Christy initially shared or more like what Diana shared?

Thanks for letting me know that you've already done a repair of your software. The design colors can affect what you are seeing as well.

Specifically, Text/Background - Light 1 as the icon image and Custom 1 as the background of the icon.

Do your design colors allow your icons to display as expected?

With your permission, I'd like to take a look at your project file to investigate what's happening. You can share it publicly here, or send it to me privately by uploading it here. I'll delete it when I'm done troubleshooting.

Thanks for the color scheme hint. I did everything else and still had white circles for the marker options. Then I looked at my color schemes and Text/Background Light 1 and Custom 1 were the same white color. I changed them to two different colors and presto-fix-o. Thanks.
