Markers inside scrolling panel
I am sure that I am missing something super basic, but haven't figured out what it is.
I have a scrolling panel and I want to include markers within the scrolling panel so they appear with the appropriate text. When you open the marker however, it only opens within the scrolling panel so you can't read the information.
If I put the marker outside the scrolling panel, you can read the information just fine, but it doesn't move with the text.
I have an example of each in the Bighorn section of one of Montse's templates. Could you tell me what it is I am doing wrong?

Labels have a default position, which is to the right of the marker. If you click the marker, and click the outline of the label, you can drag it around to the other side.
